Trekking in Langtang and Gosaikunda is already a sensational choice in terms of both beauty and adventure. It covers the proper geography of the Himalayas and its features as well as the factors attached to it. Langtang is always been a very diverse trek to have over the landscapes of high altitude.
So, the season affects the journey over there. But there is no specific best time to have a trek in Langtang and Gosaikunda as it fully depends upon the personal experience as the different seasons bring different features with them.
But two Spring and Autumn are considered the best times to a trek in Langtang and Gosaikunda.
With the Spring season, Langtang gets the flowering landscapes all over the trail. It brings the refreshing odor of the Himalayas just after the arrival of the Monsoon. It also washes all the dust in the air, so you get clear skies throughout your journey. The weather also gets a stable change. The visibility with the clear sky also gets much better than in other seasons. The most important thing is trekker gets to experience the blossoming plants and flowering landscapes all over their journey with the refreshing odor of the Himalayas. And another best thing about this season is you get longer days, where you can enjoy some more daytime spending in those hills.
In the Autumn season, the changing phases of plants and tree leaves happen. It is the main theme of the journey, as it makes the Langtang and Gosaikunda journey a very scenic one. It brings the mesmerizing theme over the landscapes where the trial is drawn. The weather gets the most stable of the year and the skies get clearer than any other month in the year. The visibility is its best form which gives you the best views of stunning scenery. It is also a peak time of the year for trekking in Nepal for these reasons.

The accommodation will be at Teahouse and guesthouses during the trekking days and at the standard hotel during the arrival in big cities and towns.
Your meal will be covered as Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Most of the menus are included with Dhal Bhat Tarkari, Chau Mean, Noodles, Eggs, and other local cuisine.
During your trekking journey, you also find some of the guesthouse which offers some of the western dishes like pizza, soups, and pasta.
Also, do not expect it to be that standard as you find in the cities like Kathmandu as the Teahouses there are running on very limited resources.

It is a long trek that covers more than 2 weeks of the itinerary. So, you need a pretty good preparation before you head on your journey.
You need to carry some extra clothes for you, which may be enough during your journey. Always carry an extra pair of shoes which are comfortable and in good condition as there is no chance of getting another pair for you if you find fault during the journey.
You are provided some trekking equipment which is essential during the ascents and descends during the trekking days but you can keep some extra equipment and essential gear for you if you think you need them the most during the trek.
Do not carry unusual and unnecessary things that are not that essential during the trekking journey. Carry only if you need the most on a daily basis in your trek.
And about fitness, you need to be in good shape and a good walking ability. The Langtang and Gosaikunda Trek consists of high ascent and descent with hours of continuous walking over the Himalayan terrain and ridges. So, it is very necessary to be in good shape and good health. Otherwise, it may or can be a very stannous hard journey for you and you may have to give up in the middle of somewhere in the journey.
A basic exercise for a month before the itinerary is recommended for better results and a good trekking trip.
You need a pair of permits to enter or get access to the Langtang and Gosaikunda Trek as it falls under the area of National Park and Conversation Area.
You need to have a permit from LNPEP(Langtang National Park Entry Permits), and another from TIMS( Trekking Information Management System). Without these two permits, you are not able or permitted to enter and get access to the Langtang and Gosaikunda Trek.
But you don’t have to worry, all the works related to permits and other official procedures are taken care of by our guide and staff during your journey. You just care about the enjoy the itinerary.
This trek is properly designed to have the features and the diverse journey of the Langtang Region. The trail is drawn over the proper Himalayan geography and the hilly landscapes which go over the altitude of 5000m and above. It is also a long trek in which you need more than 2 weeks of journey covering the trail which consists of remote paths, Himalayan terrains, glaciers, rivers, stone stairs waterfalls, etc. As well as the refreshing odor of the Himalayan Region.

The difficulty level of this trek is said to be moderate. But it depends upon your experience in trekking. If you have had some trekking before then It could be easy for you as It takes you through normal ascends but it may still be hard to experience as it covers more than 2 weeks of the journey.
And if you are an absolute beginner then we should say it is a hard trek for you even though it consists of moderately difficult trials, still covers more than two weeks of continuous walking through the Himalayan terrain and ridges.
You need to carry Nepalese currency in this whole journey as there is only use of Nepalese currency available. No other currencies are accepted by locals. So, you can only use the Nepalese currency during your trekking itinerary. You can exchange your currency in Kathmandu with the international exchange rate.
Yes, it is designed to do so. It is designed to cover all the features which can be fetched from this trekking journey. So, there only existed a maximum walk of 5 to 7 hours per day, just to cover the proper enjoyment of the scenery and the views as well as witnessing factors than to hustle in the schedule of trekking.
Yes, the trekking trail of Langtang and Gosaikunda Trek does not consist of difficult ascents and slopes. Some of them are only in very rare parts of routes.
