While trekking, accommodations options in mountain lodges or teahouses will have amenities like cozy mattresses, pillows, electric blankets, hot showers, and scenic views. Rooms typically have two single beds per group.
For energy and nourishment, proteins and carbs are our top priorities. Local specialties like Dal Bhat, which consists of lentil soup and seasonal vegetables, are served in teahouses and lodges. Additional choices include millet meals, barley, buckwheat, and Momo dumplings. We recommend avoiding non-vegetarian items, dairy, alcohol, and caffeinated drinks at high altitudes to stay healthy and hydrated.

On the tenth day, we will return via helicopter from Gorak Shep to Kathmandu, enabling you to view breathtaking scenery from bird’s eye. On the last day, we’ll safely drop you off at the airport to return you home.
h) Insurance
