Before you plan your trip in Nepal, it is essential to understand the level of difficulty of the trek. The landscape, elevation, the time, and the number of hours of walking per day contribute to the difficulty of a trek. At Multi Adventure, we design our programs to suit different fitness levels, from beginners to experienced trekkers.
Easy treks are suitable for travelers with a basic level of fitness and little or no trekking experience. These paths are typically smaller in the number of walking days, less in elevation and easy paths.
Ghorepani Poon Hill Treks or brief cultural treks are included in this category. They also provide stunning views and cultural experiences with minimal physical efforts, as they are family friendly and suitable to first time visitors.
Moderate treks require a reasonable level of fitness and the ability to walk for several hours each day. The trails can be characterized by moderate ups and downs, and some days are more physically challenging.
Such classic trails as Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp can be regarded as moderate when well-prepared trekkers are involved. No technical climbing is necessary, but acclimatization and gradual pace are of significance because of rising altitude.
Difficult routes are offered to the experienced trekkers who will not have problems with long walking days, steep ascents, and increased altitudes. These trips usually entail the use of high passes and several days in remote locations.
The Everest Three Passes, Manaslu Circuit, or Kanchenjunga region are also of this type. Good physical preparation, mental readiness, and previous trekking experience are highly recommended.
The difficulty of the Trek is not only by the distance but also by the altitude, weather conditions, and trail conditions. The elevated altitude implies reduced oxygen levels, and even moderate exercises may seem to be more challenging.
The overall challenge may also include weather changes, remote localities, and simple accommodation. It is important to take time to get used to it and listen to the advice your guide gives you, as it will help you to complete the trek safely.
Your comfort and safety is our priority at Multi Adventure. Our trained guides keep a track of your wellbeing during the trek and alter the pace where necessary.
We assist you in selecting the correct trek according to your fitness, experiences and travel objectives so that the trek made is a good one and also attainable.
