The Friendship Highway is mostly good, but may be rough or damaged by weather. Being in a vehicle for several hours a day might also be tiring.
The Nepal and Tibet cultural tour is ideal for healthy families, couples and senior travelers. By drinking plenty, walking according to your guide’s instructions and resting properly, you’ll make the trip more comfortable.
